Abstract
Komunikacija je možda najvažnija i najteža aktivnost kojom se čovjek može baviti. To je osjetljiva membrana kroz koju ljudi mogu dijeliti misli, ideje, osjećaje, snove i razočarenja. Komunikacija je ključna komponenta u međusobnom djelovanju. Djeca su najveći „društveni kapital“ svakog društva koje promjenom žele postići bolju sadašnjost i budućnost. Njihovo obrazovanje nudi mogućnost poboljšanja ekonomskih i društvenih prilika. Osnovni motiv i istraživanje stvaranja komunikacijske kompetencije u osnovnoškolskom obrazovanju proizlazi iz činjenice da učenici, ali i nastavnici nerijetko uspješno održavaju recipročne odnose i teško uspostavljaju uspješnu komunikaciju u razredu. Suvremene teorije navode kako je komuniciranje ključ uspješnih socijalnih odnosa i poželjnih ponašanja.
Abstract (english)
Communication is perhaps the most important and most difficult activity that man can deal with. It is a sensitive membrane through which people can share thoughts, ideas, feelings, dreams and disappointments. Communication is a key component in interoperability. Children are the greatest „social capital“ of any society that wants to chieve a better present and future with change. Their education offers the opportunity to improve economic and social opportunities. The underlying motive and research of the creation of communication competence in elementary education stems from the fact that both students and teachers often successfully maintain a re - relationship and difficult to establish successful communication in the classroom. Contemporary theories state that communication is the key to successful social relationships and desirable behaviors.
