Abstract
Učinkovita izvedba logistike u trgovini koja se odnosi na brze, osjetljive i osnovne stavke je izazovna i presudna za prodaju, profit i imidž trgovaca u maloprodaji. Ovaj rad uviđa u prirodu logističkih postupaka u trgovini koji se odnose na proizvode u različitim formatima trgovina prehrambenim proizvodima i predlaže multi-analizu kako bi se učinci logističkih procesa u trgovini mogli mjeriti, uspoređivati i, shodno tome, poboljšavati. Fokus rada bio je utvrditi odnos između praksi logističkih operacija u trgovini prema zadovoljstvu kupaca u samim prodavaonicama. Ciljevi istraživanja bili su sljedeći: utvrditi prakse logistike u trgovini koje su usvojile tvrtke koje se bave trgovinom na malo, utvrditi učinak praksi logistike u trgovini na zadovoljstvo kupaca i utvrditi izazove sa kojima se suočavaju trgovci kada usvajaju prakse kvalitetnog upravljanja logistikom u trgovini.
Abstract (english)
Effective performance of in-store logistics related to fast, sensitive and basic items is challenging and crucial to the sales, profits and image of retailers. This paper recognizes the nature of in-store logistics processes related to products in different grocery store formats and proposes multi-analysis so that the effects of in-store logistics processes can be measured, compared and, accordingly, improved. The focus of the paper was to determine the relationship between the practices of logistic operations in commerce to customer satisfaction in the stores themselves. The objectives of the study were to identify trade logistics practices adopted by retailers, to determine the impact of trade logistics practices on customer satisfaction, and to identify the challenges that retailers face when adopting quality trade logistics management practices.
