Abstract
Motivacija je poticaj koji utječe na ponašanje ljudi i ima veliki utjecaj na to da ih odvede do njihovog cilja, kako u privatnom, tako i u poslovnom životu. U poslovnom životu menadžeri očekuju od svojih suradnika da neprestano budu motivirani u svrhu uspješnosti organizacije. Kako bi to postigli, menadžeri moraju moći motivirati svoje suradnike, ali isto tako, najprije i sami moraju biti motivirani za posao koji obavljaju. Motivatori su stvari koje potiču osobu na akciju i utječu na njezino ponašanje. Faktori koji utječu na motivaciju mogu biti individualnog, poslovnog i/ili organizacijskog karaktera. U ovom se radu iznose utjecaji na zadovoljstvo i angažiranost zaposlenika te glavni čimbenici njihove motivacije. Rad je podijeljen u dva dijela. Prvi dio rada govori o motivaciji i njezinoj važnosti za poslovanje. Ovdje je važno istaknuti teorije motivacije i internu korporativnu komunikaciju kao bitne utjecaje na uspješnost zaposlenika koja vodi ka uspješnosti organizacije. Drugi dio rada govori o upravljanju ljudskim potencijalima. Veoma je važno za organizaciju imati, kako dobro postojeću organizacijsku strukturu ljudskih potencijala, tako i dobar menadžment koji će na pravi način znati motivirati svoj tim i kolegijalno se odnositi prema njemu.
Abstract (english)
Motivation is an incentive that influences people's behavior and has a great influence on leading them to their goal, both in private and in business. In business life, managers expect their associates to be constantly motivated for the success of the organization. In order to do this, manager must be able to motivate their co-workers, but they must also first be motivated for the work they do. Motivators are thing that encourage a person to take action and influence his or her behavior. Factors that influence motivation can be individual, business and/or organizational character. This paper discusses the influences on employee satisfaction and engagement and the main factors for their motivation. This paper is divided into two parts. The first part of the paper discusses motivation and its importance for business. It is important to highlight motivation theories and internal corporate communication as important influences on employee performance that lead to organizational success. The second part of the paper deals with human resources management. It is very important for an organization to have both a well-established organizational human resources structure and good management that will really motivate its team and treat it collegially.
