Abstract
Sva uspješna poduzeća karakteriziraju se, između ostalog, dobrim marketingom. Dobar marketing čine kvalitetno upravljanje svim njegovim dijelovima i adekvatan marketinški plan. Ovaj završni rad sastoji se od dva dijela. U prvom dijelu bavi se elementima marketing plana i njihovom funkcijom, a u drugom je predstavljeno poduzeće Experio d.o.o. i njegovo poslovanje kroz marketinški plan. Cilj rada je osvijestiti kompleksnost i važnost čitavog procesa definiranja, izrade i provedbe marketinškog plana za poduzeće, kao i prikazivanje teorije na praktičnom primjeru.
Abstract (english)
Good marketing is, among other things, a characteristic of all successful companies. It consists of quality managing of all its parts and an adequate marketing plan. This final paper is made from two parts. The first part is explaining all the elements which can be found in a marketing plan. The second part is presenting the Experio d.o.o. company and its business through a marketing plan. The aim of this paper is to raise awareness of the complexity and importance of the whole process of defining, developing and implementing a marketing plan for a company, as well as presenting the theory on a practical example.
