Abstract
Globalizacijski trendovi danas zahvaćaju gotovo cijeli svijet te je nemoguće u njima ne sudjelovati. Promjene su danas neizbježne, bilo da one poduzeću predstavljaju rizik, opasnost, neku kriznu situaciji ili postaju izazov i prilika za uspjeh. Današnja poduzeća bave se brojnim izazovima koje donosi promjenjiva i dinamična okolina. Povoljna organizacijska kultura prije svega je ključni čimbenik upravljanja kriznim situacijama. Svaka organizacija razvija svoju kulturu čije su vrijednosti bitne za uspješnost i opstanak organizacije. Upravljanje kriznim situacijama ključna je zadaća poduzeća. Od velike je važnosti u pravo vrijeme predvidjeti znakove nastanka krize kako bi se spriječilo daljnje djelovanje krize u procesu poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Globalization trends today affect almost the entire world, and it is impossible not to participate in them. Changes are inevitable today, whether they represent a risk, a danger, a crisis situation or become a challenge and an opportunity for success for the company. Today's companies deal with numerous challenges brought by a changing and dynamic environment. A favorable organizational culture is first and foremost a key factor in crisis management. Every organization develops its own culture, the values of which are essential for the success and existence of the organization. Crisis management is a key task for the company. It is of great importance to anticipate the signs of a crisis at the right time in order to prevent further effects of the crisis in the business process.
