Abstract
U radu se istražio utjecaj elemenata koji uključuju zadovoljstvo i lojalnost potrošača unutar odgojno-obrazovne ustanove primarnog obrazovanja. Koristeći se upitnikom, istraživanje je obuhvatilo stotinu ispitanika čija su djeca polazila ili trenutno pohađaju osnovnu školu u Republici Hrvatskoj. Cilj je bio dobiti uvid u to kako implementacijom koncepta upravljanja odnosna s klijentima postići efekt uspješnosti zadržavanja kreirane vrijednosti. Koristeći se sa statističkom analizom pokazalo se da postoji povezanost pozitivnog iskustva ustanovom na korisnikovu lojanost ustanovi. Također, analiza je utvrdila statističku valjanost da zadovoljstvo korisnika dobivenom uslugom odgoja i obrazovanja ima utjecaj na uspjeh same ustanove na tržištu odgoja i obrazovanja. Nadalje, analizom je utvrđeno da se implementacijom koncepta upravljanja odnosima postiže efekt uspješnosti zadržavanja kreirane vrijednosti usluge odgoja i obrazovanja. Zaključno se može reći da je kontinuirana podrška i komunikacija s klijentima osnovna pretpostavka kako za uspješnu implemetaciju CRM-a, tako i za uspješno daljnje poslovanje, unaprijeđivanje kvalitete i konkurentnosti odgojno obrazovne ustanove primarnog obrazovanja.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis the influence of elements that include consumer satisfaction and loyalty within a primary education institution were investigated. Using a questionnaire, the research included a hundred respondents whose children attended or are currently attending elementary school in the Republic of Croatia. The goal was to gain an insight into how to achieve the effect of successful retention of the created value by implementing the concept of client relationship management. Using statistical analysis, it was shown that there is a connection between a positive experience at the institution and the user's loyalty to the institution. Also, the analysis established the statistical validity that user satisfaction with the educational service has an impact on the success of the institution itself on the educational market. Furthermore, the analysis found that the implementation of the relationship management concept achieves the successful effect of retaining the created value of the education service. In conclusion, it can be said that continuous support and communication with clients is a basic assumption for the successful implementation of CRM, as well as for successful further business, improving the quality and competitiveness of the primary education institution.
