Abstract
Nešto više od 26 milijuna eura je bila vrijednost 360.571 krivotvorine koje je 2014 zapljenjena nakon carinskog nadzora i unutarnje kontrole prema podacima DZIVa. Više od 50% činila ih je odjeća, obuća i dodaci odjeći. Ukupna vrijednost krivotvorenih i piratskih proizvoda u svijetu iznosi 650 milijardi dolara godišnje zbog čega se gubi oko 2,5 milijuna radnih mjesta godišnje.Ovim radom pokušat ćemo prikazati današnje stanje krivotvorina u Hrvatskoj i globaloj razini, pri čemu ćemo kao primjer funkcioniranja cijelog sustava analizirati na proizvodima Nike Converse i tvrtke Triple Jumpd.o.o. koja je u Republici Hrvatskoj ovlašteni zastupnik i distributer robne marke Converse. U radu ćemo se koristiti literaturom koja se bavi tržištem krivotvorina, časopise, članke i web stranice vezane za temu krivotvorina industrijskog vlasništva.
Abstract (english)
Slightly more than 26 million euro was worth 360,571 counterfeits that in 2014 has been seized after customs supervision and internal control according to the SIPO. More than 50% accounted for clothing, footwear and clothing accessories. The total value of counterfeit and pirated products in the world is 650 billion dollars a year, we loose about that around 2.5 million jobs annually.This paper attempts to present level of counterfeiting in Croatia and global level, where we as an example of the functioning of the whole system to analyze the products of Nike and Converse company "Triple Jump" doo. which is in the Republic of Croatia authorized distributor of brand Converse.The paper will be used literature for market forgery, magazines, articles and websites related to the subject of forgery of industrial property.
