Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je „Menadžerska funkcija planiranje u poduzećima prehrambene industrije“. Ovim radom željela sam prikazati jednu od temeljnih funkcija managementa, planiranje, koje se odnosi na izbor misija i ciljeva potrebnih za uspješno poslovanje svake organizacije. Planiranje predstavlja takozvani most između onoga gdje se organizacija nalazi sada i onoga gdje u budućnosti želi biti, tj. što želi postići. Planiranje, kako i samo ime govori, u suštini predstavlja gledanje prema budućnosti i pripremanje za događaje i situacije u kojima bi se organizacija u budućnosti mogla naći. Kako bi organizacija mogla uspješno i bez zastoja funkcionirati u svim uvjetima potrebno je unaprijed poduzeti sve najvažnije korake. Za primjer menadžerske funkcije planiranje u poduzećima prehrambene industrije uzela sam poduzeće Ledo d.d., jedno od najpoznatijih i najvećih poduzeća prehrambene industrije u RH. Prehrambena industrija odnosi se na proizvodnju hrane i pića, a trenutno u Hrvatskoj ostvaruje najveće prihode i zapošljava najviše ljudi. Dugoročni plan poduzeća Ledo d.d., odnosno misija i vizija poduzeća je postati, odnosno ostati vodeći proizvođač sladoleda i smrznute hrane u regiji. Visokom stručnošću i motivacijom zaposlenih udruženom s vrhunskom kvalitetom proizvoda i prodaje poduzeće želi i dalje graditi snažno ime (brend) i biti konkurentno velikim međunarodnim kompanijama na sve većem otvorenom tržištu.
Abstract (english)
The title of this final paper is „Managerial role of planning in food industry companies“. With this final paper I wanted to show one of the basic functions of management, planning. Planning refers to the selection of missions and goals which are necessary for successful business of each organization. Planning is so-called bridge between where the organization is now and where it wants to be in the future. It's very important to make the right moves and decisions so that each organization could make successful business and be prepared for various situations on the market. Planning, as the one of the most important functions in company, I wanted to show on example of company Ledo d.d. the largest Croatian producer of industrial ice cream and the largest distributor of frozen foods in region. Ledo d.d. is company with long and big experience on domestic and foreign market. Company enthusiasm to react to every challenge and continued investments in production is guarantee for leading position on market in the future.
