| Abstract | Riječ Coca-Cola je prema brojnim istraživanjima druga najpoznatija riječ u svijetu, prva riječ je OK. Ovaj podatak potvrđuje činjenicu kako je ovo bezalkoholno piće, pa time i sam brend prepoznatljiv diljem svijeta. Od samih početaka Coca-Cola također ima karakterističan i vrlo prepoznatljiv logotip te crvenu boju. Svoje prve proizvode je lansirala 8. svibnja 1886. godine u Atlanti u SAD-u. U Hrvatskoj je prva bočica Coca-Cole proizvedena 1968 pa je Coca-Cola već dugi niz godina prisutna na hrvatskom tržištu.
Promjenom potrošačkih navika Coca-Cola je primorana prilagoditi svoje proizvode njihovom ukusu, te osluškivati reakcije, posebno mlađih generacija potrošača, poduzimajući razne marketinške aktivnosti. Unatoč velikoj konkurenciji na tržištu, Coca-Cola je prema preferencijama potrošača i dalje pri vrhu njihovog odabira zbog svojeg specifičnog i osvježavajućeg okusa. Pri razvoju svojih novih proizvoda i okusa brend Coca-Cola prati njihove nove životne navike. Potrošači zadnjih godina sve više paze na svoje prehrambene navike u skladu sa zdravim načinom života i piju Coca-Colu Zero koja ne sadrži šećer. Coca-Cola Zero je od 2006. godine prisutna na hrvatskom tržištu.
Dio rada posvećen je prikazu istraživanja provedenog putem digitalnih kanala u kojem ispitujemo poziciju brenda Coca-Cola u Hrvatskoj, te odabir potrošača između klasične Coca-Cole, Coca-Cole Zero, Coca-Cole Zero limun i analiziramo rezultate u odnosu na različite dobne skupine. |
| Abstract (english) | According to numerous studies, the word Coca-Cola is the second most recognized word in the world, with the first being OK. This fact confirms that this soft drink, and consequently the brand itself, is recognized worldwide. From its very beginnings, Coca-Cola has also had a distinctive and highly recognizable logo and red color. It launched its first products on May 8, 1886, in Atlanta, USA. In Croatia, the first bottle of Coca-Cola was produced in 1968, so Coca-Cola has been present on the Croatian market for many years.
With changing consumer habits, Coca-Cola is forced to adapt its products to their tastes and to listen to their reactions, especially those of the younger generations, undertaking various marketing activities. Despite the intense market competition, Coca-Cola remains at the top of consumer preferences due to its specific and refreshing taste. In developing new products and flavors, the Coca-Cola brand follows consumers' new lifestyle habits. In recent years, consumers have become more conscious of their dietary habits in line with a healthy lifestyle and drink Coca-Cola Zero, which contains no sugar. Coca-Cola Zero has been present on the Croatian market since 2006.
Part of the work is dedicated to presenting research conducted through digital channels in which we examine the position of the Coca-Cola brand in Croatia and consumer choices between classic Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, and Coca-Cola Zero Lemon, and analyze the results in relation to different age groups. |
