This paper gives a positive overview of the business world of communication that is relevant to all of its forms and characteristics. Whether it is verbal, nonverbal or paraverbic communication, we can say that no one excludes or diminishes the other. Each of these communications carries its weight and value and you have to know how to align with other communication elements. Although different in shape and weight of mastery, all these types of communication are equally important in business communication as well as communication in general. The answer behind this thesis lies in the very purpose of any commencement of communication, and it says that every interlocutor we are addressing, we want to convince in something. Specifically, we want our coleague or audience to understand and accept our allegations positively and approve our attitude. Can this be achieved only by wearing a more beautiful and elegant dress in the performance of our speech? Or perhaps by finding the most prominent person in the world of speech to prepare the best possible speech? This paper examines precisely the issue of the importance of individual communication in business and provides a framework of reflection and feedback as a result of the research of all three communications in business. Further, some of the basic forms of business communication will be studied in detail, and their individual value and weight will be analyzed. Also, comparisons will be made between each of the particular types of communication mentioned above, and a positive attitude towards all of them.
