Abstract
Planiranje je prva i najvažnija funkcija u menadžmentu. Od planiranja počinje svaki posao. Važno je isplanirati što će organizacija raditi. Glavne zadatke definira vrhovni menadžment. On definira strategiju organizacije, misiju, viziju i ciljeve. Bez njih ni jedna organizacija ne može uspjeti ali ni postojati. Nakon toga menadžment srednje razine planira zadatke svake organizacijske funkcije. Operativni menadžment planira najniže svakodnevne zadatka. Proces planiranja se sastoji od analize okoline, definiranja vizije, misije, ciljeva, definiranja strategije i planova te implementacija planova. Problem istraživanja u ovom radu je planiranje poslovanja u poduzeću Arenaturist d.d. Planiranje poslovanja od iznimne je važnosti za svako poduzeće jer, osim što daje jasnu viziju o tome gdje vidimo poduzeće, ujedno u svakom trenutku daje informaciju o tome gdje se poduzeće nalazi.
Abstract (english)
Planning is first and most important function in management. From planning every business begins. It is important to plan what the organisation works. Main tasks are defined by top management. He defines the strategy of organisation, mission, vision and goals. Without them no organisaon can succeed but also exist. After that middle management plans the tasks of every organisation function. Operational management plans the lowest everyday tasks. Process of planning consists od environmental analysis, vision, mission and goal defining, strategy and plan defining and plan implementation. Problem od exploration in this work is business planning in company Arenaturist d.d. Business planning is of crucial importance for every company, because it gives not just clear vision where we see our company, but provides in every moment information where the company stands.
