Abstract
Svakodnevno komuniciramo odnosno izmjenjujemo poruke s našom okolinom. Na poruke utječu zapreke ili šumovi koji ometaju komunikaciju., stoga je važno otkloniti neželjene utjecaje kako bi naša komunikacija bila uspješna. Kada govorimo o komunikaciji u zdravstvu, najčešće je povezujemo s komunikacijom liječnika i bolesnika. Ona također uključuje i komunikaciju liječnika i zdravih ljudi odnosno liječnika i dobrovoljnih davatelja krvi. Hrvatski zavod za transfuzijsku medicinu nastoji uspješno komunicirati s cjelokupnom javnošću, ponajviše s dobrovoljnim davateljima krvi. Kroz anketni upitnik proveden 2017. godine dolazi se do saznanja o tome koji motivi potiču dobrovoljne davatelje da daruju krv, koliko su oni informirani o darivanju krvi i njezinom testiranju, koliko su zadovoljni radom zdravstvenih djelatnika te kako se osjećaju za vrijeme i nakon darivanja. Rezultati provedene ankete uspoređeni su s rezultatima ankete iz 2010. godine s ciljem poboljšanja uvjeta darivanja, atmosfere za vrijeme darivanja krvi i informiranosti dobrovoljnih davatelja krvi.
Abstract (english)
Everyday we communicate or exchange messages with our environment. Messages are affected with obstacles or noises that interfere with communication. Therefore it is important to remove unwanted influences to keep our communication successful. When talking about communication in healthcare, it is mostly associated with communication between doctors and patients, but it also includes the communication between doctors and healthy people (i. e. doctors and volunteer blood donors). The Croatian Institute for Transfusion Medicine strives to successfuly communicate with the general public, mostly with voluntary blood donors. Through a questionnaire conducted in 2017., it becomes clear which motives encourage volunteer donors to donate blood, how much they are informed about blood donation and its testing, how satisfied they are with the work of healthcare workers and how they feel during and after donation. The results of the survey conducted were compared with the 2010 survey results, with the aim of improving the donation conditions, atmosphere during blood donation and informedness of volunteer blood donors.
