Abstract
Završni rad posvećen je jednoj od dimenzija ljudskog života, komunikaciji te načinima, tehnikama i umijećima komuniciranja, poglavito velikih, korporacija s javnošću koje, u skladu s uspješnim ili neuspješnim komuniciranjem, povratno dobivaju predodžbu o vlastitoj ulozi u društvu na temelju koje mogu podešavati svoje društvene i poslovne ciljeve. Kao najvažniji izvor informacija za ovaj završni rad poslužila je knjiga Zdeslava Milasa, zapravo njegov magistarski rad, Uvod u korporativnu komunikaciju, teorijski i organizacijski modeli. Knjiga je jezgrovit, ali pregledan prikaz funkcije odnosa s javnošću unutar korporativne komunikacije, a ujedno i dokaz važnosti korporativnih komunikacija u odnosu na medije, obrazovne i kulturne institucije te općenito društvenu zajednicu. Slijedom Milasove analize deset hrvatskih kompanija u sastavu uzorka CROBEX10, u radu su analizirane korporativne komunikacije Privredne banke Zagreb d.d. te utvrđene primjene Milasovih analiza i modela na primjeru PBZ-a.
Abstract (english)
This Thesis is dedicated to one of, figuratively speaking, dimensions of human life - communication, as well as its forms, methods and techniques, particularly of large public corporations which discover their role in a society based on feedback regarding their communication and which enables them to adapt their business and social goals. The book or, rather, the graduate thesis entitled „Uvod u korporativnu komunikaciju, teorijski i organizacijski modeli“ by Zdeslav Milas is the most important source of information used for this Thesis. The book provides a good summary overview of the public relations function within corporative communication and also serves as proof of the value of corporative communication in how they relate to media, education and cultural institutions as well as the society in general. Following Milas analysis of ten Croatian companies within the CROBEX10 sample, I have tried to analyse corporative communication of „Privredna banka Zagreb“ LLC and confirm the application viability of Milas analyses and models on this particular corporation.
