Abstract
Globalizacija u poslovanju donosi brojne mogućnosti na tržištu, ali donosi i veliku konkurenciju. Način na koji se tvrtka može istaknuti u globalnom tržišnom okruženju jeste njen osnovni stav, korporativni identitet. Korporativnim identitetom pokazujemo važnost prema samima sebi, menadžmentu i zaposlenicima ali i važnost prema eksternim okruženjima. Bez obzira da li tvrtka želi promijeniti trenutni identitet ili nastaviti s dosadašnjim, svaki menadžment mora imati jasan osjećaj cilja i pripadnosti, a koji su ujedno unutarnje i vanjske snage korporativnog identiteta. I dok na globalnoj razini multinacionalne tvrtke shvaćaju važnost korporativnog identiteta te rade na njegovim vizijama i tehnikama, u Hrvatskoj je taj pojam relativno nepoznat.
Abstract (english)
Globalization in business brings numerous opportunities in the market, however, it also brings large competition. A company can distinguish itself in a global market environment is its basic attitude and corporate identity. Corporate identity shows the importance to ourselves, management and employees, but also the importance to external environments. Regardless on whether the company wants to change the current identity or keep up to date, each management must have a clear sense of purpose and affiliation, and at the same time the internal and external powers of corporate identity. While at the global level multinational companies understand the importance of corporate identity and work on its visions and techniques, in Croatia this term is relatively unknown.
