Abstract Bonton podrazumijeva skup dogovorenih normi uljudnog ponašanja u određenoj društvenoj sredini. Iz općega građanskog bontona nastao je poseban oblik poslovnog bontona, koji uz opća pravila ponašanja uključuje i dodatna pravila ophođenja na radnome mjestu, nastala u skladu s potrebama i zahtjevima poslovanja i poslovnog života. Bonton na radnome mjestu podjednako vrijedi za sve zaposlenike bez obzira na funkciju koju obnašaju i njihov položaj u poslovnoj hijerarhiji. Prihvaćanjem i primjenom dobrih poslovnih običaja sudionici u procesu rada omogućuju nesmetanu organizaciju posla i stvaranje kvalitetnih poslovnih odnosa, pri čemu ostavljaju dojam profesionalne i pristojne osobe, ali i utječu na sveopći imidž tvrtke za koju rade i koju zastupaju. Predmet ovoga završnog rada upravo su osnovna pravila dobroga poslovnog ponašanja kojih se svaki moderni poslovni čovjek treba pridržavati u radnom odnosu sa svojim kolegama i klijentima. Ona obuhvaćaju bonton kod upoznavanja, pozdravljanja, oslovljavanja, poslovnog odijevanja i osobne higijene, ali i poseban protokol u organizaciji važnih događanja, poput poslovnog ručka, poslovnog sastanka, svečanih domjenaka i posjeta izaslanstva, kada vrijede posebna pravila ponašanja, obraćanja, razmještaja pri sjedenju za stolom i drugo. U radu se daje i iscrpniji uvid u značajke četiriju osnovnih oblika poslovne komunikacije – usmene, pismene, telefonske i mrežne – koje su sastavni dio svakoga poslovnog odnosa, a koji uključuje ne samo ponašanje prema drugima u društvu nego i način predstavljanja u javnosti s pomoću službenih materijala, mrežne stranice i društvenih mreža, dopisa i elektroničkih poruka. Cilj je rada ukazati na prednosti uljudnog ponašanja i poštovanja poslovnog bontona u radnoj sredini koje mogu dodatno olakšati i učvrstiti poslovnu suradnju i profesionalni razvoj.
Abstract (english) Etiquette implies a set of agreed norms of civilized behavior in a particular social environment. From general civil etiquette developed a special type of etiquette, which in addition to the general rules of conduct includes additional rules of behavior in the workplace, created in accordance with the needs and requirements of business and the business of life. Etiquette in the workplace is equally true for all employees regardless of the function they are performing and their standing in the business hierarchy. By adopting and applying good business practices participants in the work process allow for smooth organization of work and the creation of quality business relationships, while leaving the impression of professional and competent persons, but also affect the overall image of the company for which they work and which they represent. The subject of this final work are precisely the basic rules of good business behavior that each modern businessman has to adhere to in working relationship with his colleagues and clients. They include etiquette in introducing, greeting, addressing, business and personal hygiene, as well as a special protocol for organizing important events such as business lunches, business meetings, banquets and delegation visits when special rules of conduct, addressing, arrangement and the other apply. The paper also provides a more detailed insight into the characteristics of four basic forms of business communication - oral, written, telephone and network - that are an integral part of every business relationship, which includes not only behavior towards others in society but also the way of public presentation by means of official materials, web pages and social networks, memos and electronic messages. The aim of the paper is to highlight the advantages of courteous behavior and respect for business etiquette in the work environment that can further facilitate and strengthen business collaboration and professional development.
