Abstract
Završni rad „Motivi za volontiranje“ donosi obrađenu analizu provedenu na uzorku od šest studenata pomažućih profesija. Vodeći se metodologijom dobiveni rezultati govore o altruističnim i egoističnim razlozima radi kojih pojedinac pristupa ovakvom djelovanju. Rad se osvrće na postojeća istraživanja u literaturi, kako bi se potkrijepila dobivena empirijska građa nastala putem polustruktuiranog intervjua. Volontiranje postaje goruća tema pogotovo u današnje vrijeme neizvjesnih gospodarskih kretanja kako u svijetu, tako i kod nas. Na taj način svaki pojedinac pozvan je na aktivno djelovanje unutar društva, u kojem može dati svoj vlastiti doprinos, ne samo iz perspektive pomažućih profesija, već i svih ostalih u kojima čovjek egzistira i gradi samog sebe. Istraživanjem se stavio fokus na mišljenja, stavove i motive koji postaju relevantan i važan sadržaj kako za osobni razvoj, tako i za tržište u cjelini.
Abstract (english)
The final work "Motives for volunteering" brings a processed analysis on a sample of six students who are studying assisting professions. The leading methodology results from the altruistic and egoistic reasons why an individual approaches such an action. The paper focuses on existing research in the literature to support the empirical material obtained through a semi-structured interview. Volunteering becomes a burning topic, especially in today's uncertain economic movements both in the world and in Croatia. In this way each individual is called upon to act actively within society, in which he can make his own contribution, not only from the perspective of assisting professions, but also all the others in which man exists and builds himself. The research focuses on opinions, attitudes and motives that become relevant and important content for both personal development and the market as a whole.
