Abstract Digitalni mediji su svi mediji koji su kodirani u nekom elektroničkom čitljivom formatu. Digitalni mediji mogu biti kreirani, dostupni, distribuirani, podešavani i sačuvani na računalima. Pod digitalnim medijima spada: Računalni programi i softveri, digitalni slike i videa, internet stranice, uključujući društvene medije, kao i digitalni audio (mp3, mp4) i e-books. Digitalni mediji su nam omogućili transformaciju „one way“ conversation u „two way“ conversation, prikupljanje analitike i podataka korisnika koji koriste Internet, što je razvilo internet marketing, zbog velike brzine dostupnosti informacija i mogućnosti brze podjele. Zadatak je stvorit pravu poruku prema pravoj osobi u pravo vrijeme sa pravim medijem. Pomoću brojnih google alata i analitike omogućeno nam je prikupljanje velikog opsega raznih informacija od broja posjete web lokacije do lokacije, interesa i ostalih brojnih drugih informacije koje nam koriste u izradi oglasa i načinu oglašavanja. Tražilice katalogiziraju Internet da bi povezale osobe koje pretražuju s onim što upravo traže, što znači relevantni oglas, na pravom mjestu i u pravom vremenu. Razvoj mobilne tehnologije pametnih telefona omogućili su korisnicima pretraživanje internet sadržaja bez obzira gdje se nalazili i postali su prva platforma za pretraživanje interneta prestigavši stolna i prijenosna računala. Pojednostavljena je internet kupovina gdje možemo kupovati u svega par koraka i plaćati putem kartica putem Interneta. Google analitics i drugi analitički alati omogućuju nam spoznaje za internacionalno oglašavanje kao i stjecanje uvida na što trebamo obratiti pozornost. Besplatne društvene mreže koje okupljaju najviše ljudi, omogućile su da internet marketing postane najčešće korištena vrsta marketinga danas. Nema zakonske regulative te se često krše etički kodeksi i norme. Zahvaljujući analitici koju prikupljaju društvene mreže, možemo segmentirati publiku po nama zadovoljavajućim parametrima od spola i dobi, do interesa i lokacije.
Abstract (english) All digital media have a code in electronic readable format. Digital media can be created, available, distributed, configured i saved on computers or smartphones. Digital media include: Computer programs and softwares, digital photography, videos, web pages, social media, digital audio (mp3, mp4) and e-books. Digital media enabled transformation of one-way conversation into two-way conversation, analytical and consumers internet data collection, which lead to upgrade of internet marketing, with fast access to relevant information and easy way to share. The main goal is to create the right message to the right person in the right time with the right media. Many Google tools and analytics allow us to gather a lot of information from internet consumers such as number of people that have clicked on our page or people’s interests and all different kind of information which can help us in creating ad. Search engines catalog the internet to connect searcher with what they are searching for, which leads us to relevant ad at the right place and at the right moment. Development of the mobile technology such as smartphones enabled consumers easy internet access on the move and smartphones became primary research media over the computers and laptops. Further development simplified internet shopping where we can buy things in just a few clicks and we can make payment through internet payment services. Google Analytics and other analytical tools allow us to recognize international marketing potential and further insights about what consumers’ interests are and what they look for. Social media with free access that have the biggest number of active users enabled internet marketing to become the most prevalent form of marketing today over the other marketing channels such as TV or newspapers. There are no law regulations and violations of ethical codes and norms occur frequently. Due to data analytics collected by social media, consumer audience can be segmented according to age, gender, interests and location parameters.
