Abstract
U ovom se radu prikazuju načela upravljanja prodajom na automobilskom tržištu. Pobliže se pojašnjava pojam upravljanja prodajom i svrha pregovaranja za uspješnost prodaje. Pogotovo u branši kao što je autoindustrija u kojoj sva vozila obavljaju istu funkciju, odnosno vode nas od točke A do točke B, treba znati potencijalnom kupcu objasniti zašto bi baš dotično vozilo bilo idealno za njega, a ne ostala vozila drugih marki. Navodi se i sedam konkretnih metoda pregovaranja ovisno o nedoumicama potencijalnog kupca kroz koje se mogu vidjeti razne tehnike pregovaranja u različitim situacijama. U radu se prolazi kroz prošlost, sadašnjost i budućnost autoindustrije, odnosno opisuje se kako se od zaprežnih kola došlo do autonomnih vozila koja voze sama. U konačnici se prelazi na upravljanje prodajom u autoindustriji. Opisuje se prodaja automobila u svijetu u okviru koje se navode najprodavanije automobilske marke, kao i prodaja automobila u Hrvatskoj s top deset najprodavanijih modela automobila u 2017. godini. Prikazana je i prodaja električnih vozila koja je proteklih nekoliko godina stagnirala, ali je nedavno krenula naglo rasti saznanjem koliko je zrak zapravo zagađen ispušnim plinovima. Tu se navodi primjer Kine kao države s najzagađenijim zrakom, a u kojoj je naglo porasla prodaja električnih automobila. Poseban se naglasak stavlja na prodaju automobila putem leasinga i leasing-društva VB Leasing d.o.o.. Objašnjava se što je to leasing i koja je temeljna razlika između operativnog i financijskog leasinga. Upoznaje se VB Leasing d.o.o. kao jedan od lidera među leasing-društvima s naglaskom na njegovu viziju i misiju. U kontekstu prodaje automobila putem leasinga objašnjava se tko su dobavljači, kako ih se pronalazi, način prodaje preko dobavljača i kako se isplaćuju dobavljači i njihova provizija. Također, objašnjava se procedura prodaje kod rabljenih objekata leasinga i preko internetske stranice VB Leasinga eukcija.hr na kojem se prodaju rabljena vozila u vlasništvu leasinga. Završni rad završava zaključcima i spoznajama koje su se usvojile kroz rad.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the principles of sales management in the automotive market. It explains the concept of sales management and the purpose of negotiating in sales success. Especially in industries such as auto industry where all vehicles carry out the same function bring us from point A to point B, one should know with potential buyer how well that vehicle would be ideal for him, not the other vehicles of other brands. There are also seven concrete negotiation methods on customer doubts through which various negotiation techniques can be seen in different situations. The paper goes through the past, the present and the future of the auto industry where it is described how the self-driving autonomous vehicles came from the wagons. Ultimately, it goes to sales management in auto industry. Car sales in the world are mentioned, as well as car sales in Croatia with top ten best-selling car models for 2017. The sale of electric vehicles, is mentioned, whose sales have stagnated over the past couple of years, but has recently picked up rapidly because of the polluted air by the exhaust gases, as well as China as the country with the most polluted air in which electric car sales have suddenly increased. Special emphasis is placed on car sales through leasing and leasing companie VB Leasing d.o.o. It explains what leasing is and what is the fundamental difference between operating and financial leasing. Meet VB Leasing d.o.o. one of the leaders among leasing companies as well as his vision and mission. When selling a car through leasing, it explains who the suppliers are, how they are found, how to sell through the supplier and how the suppliers are paid and their commission is explained, the procedure for selling leased objects and selling on the VB Leasing eukcija.hr internet portal where used leased vehicles are sold. Final the paper ends with conclusions and findings that have been adopted through working on the thesis.
