Abstract Globalizacijom poslovanja povećava se fizička udaljenost mjesta proizvodnje sirovina i mjesta potrošnje proizvoda i usluga, a samim time logistički izdatci i troškovi cjelokupnog poslovanja.
Logistika kao poslovna funkcija obuhvaća sve djelatnosti potrebne za kompleksnu pripremu i realizaciju prostorne i vremenske transformacije dobara i znanja. Također pokriva i osnove skladištenja, transporta, zaliha, pakiranja, rukovanja materijalima, menadžmenta nabave, operative, informacije i organizacije.
Razvojni put logističkih procesa uvelike je ovisio o razvoju same tehnologije, a najveći napredak se dogodio u modelu upravljanja lanca opskrbe, eng. ( Supply Chain Managementu, SCM ). Upravo je model upravljanja lanca opskrbe postao ključni čimbenik u novi komunikacijsko-informacijskih tehnologija u logistici. Opskrbni lanac je omogućio informacijsku integraciju pojedinačnih procesa opskrbe u poduzeću i njihovo povezivanje s procesima iz okoline izravno uključenih u stvaranje vrijednosti koji ima za cilj optimiranja cjelovitog procesa protoka dobara, i samim time povećava doprinos stvaranju vrijednosti.
Razvojem novih tehnologija od sredine 20. stoljeća te brzim razvoja elektroničke tehnologije i pojavom interneta na samome kraju 20. i ulaskom u 21. stoljeće, omogućio je veću integraciju samih logističkih procesa, a jedna od tih tehnologija je i tehnologija radijsko frekvencijske identifikacije ili skraćeno RFID. Razvoj i primjena RFID tehnologije znatno je olakšala i pritom ubrzala protok informacija u logističkome procesu diljem svijeta. RFID tehnologije koristi tehnologiju radio-frekvencije koja olakšava i pojednostavljuje evidentiranje raznih proizvoda i usluga u stvarnome vremenu.
Daljnjim razvojem tehnologije i istovremeno primjenom tih tehnologija u logističkom sustavu će sigurno donijeti brojne dobre koristi u budućnosti, ali i pritom koje sve negativne utjecaje koje prate razvoji i tehnologiju u sve više globaliziranom svijetu.
Abstract (english) With the globalization of business increases the physical distance between the production of raw materials and the consumption of products and services and thus logistics expenses and costs of the entire business.
Logistics as a business function includes all activities required for complex preparation and implementation of spatial and temporal transformation of goods and knowledge. It also covers the basics of storage, transport, inventory, packaging, materials handling, management, procurement, operations, information and organizations.
The Development of the logistics process is largely dependent on the development of the technology itself, but the greatest improvement occurred in the governance model of the supply chain, Eng. (Supply Chain Management, SCM). The model of the supply chain management has become a key factor in the new communications and information technology in logistics. Enabled supply chain information integration process of supply to individual companies and their connection with the process from the environment directly involved in the creation of values that aims of optimizing the total process flow of goods, and thus increases the contribution to value creation.
The development of new technology since the mid-20th century and the rapid development of electronic technology and the advent of the Internet at the very end of the 20th and the entry into the 21st century, has enabled a higher integration of the logistics processes, and one of these technologies is a technology and radio frequency identification, or RFID for short. The development and application of RFID technology is much easier and thereby speed up the flow of information in the logistics process worldwide. RFID technology uses the technology of radio frequency which facilitates and simplifies the recording of a variety of products and services in real-time.
Further development of technology and at the same time the application of these technologies in the logistics system will surely bring many good benefits in the future, and without which all the negative effects that accompany the developments and technology in the increasingly globalized world.
