Abstract
Ljudi svakodnevno prolaze kroz više različitih interpersonalnih kontakata i uspostavljaju komunikaciju s različitim osobama. U tim se situacijama ne uspostavlja samo verbalna komunikacija, već i ona neverbalna koja je podjednako važna u komunikaciji. U današnje vrijeme masovnih medija i rasta utjecaja društvenih mreža na percepciju i donošenje svakodnevnih odluka ljudi, ali i poduzeća postavlja se pitanje može li poznavanje i prepoznavanje znakova te prikrivenih poruka neverbalne komunikacije pomoći u procesu donošenja samostalnih odluka. Charles Darwin je vjerovao da je ljudsko izražavanje emocija univerzalno, tj. da svi ljudi na isti način izražavaju i tumače emocije izrazima lica. Istraživanja pokazuju da je Darwin bio u pravu za šest glavnih emocionalnih ekspresija: srdžba, sreća, iznenađenje, strah, gađenje i tuga. Rad objašnjava što je neverbalna komunikacija, analizira utjecaj okoline na komunikaciju i neverbalne elemente. Važne poruke, osobni identitet i upravljanje interakcijom promatrani su kroz analizu govora tijela tijekom izbora za predsjednika Sjedinjenih Američkih Država 2016. godine. Predmetom rada željeli smo utvrditi dinamiku neverbalne komunikacije između kandidata Donalda Trumpa i Hillary Clinton.
Abstract (english)
Every day people go through several different interpersonal contacts and interact with different people. In those situations, people establish verbal communication, and they also establish nonverbal, but equally important communication. In these situations, not just verbal communication is established, but also non-verbal communication that is equally important in communication. In today's mass media and the growth of social networking influences on the perception and making of day-to-day decisions by humans and businesses, the question arises as to whether recognizing and knowing signs and covert messages of nonverbal communication help in the process of making independent decisions. Charles Darwin believed that human expression of emotion is universal, that all people in the same way express and interpret emotions in facial expressions. Studies show that Darwin was right for six major emotional expressions: anger, happiness, surprise, fear, disgust, and sadness. The paper deals with what is nonverbal communication, the influence of the environment on communication and non-verbal elements. Important messages, personal identity, and interaction management were observed through the United States President campaign in 2016. With this work we wanted to establish the dynamics of non-verbal communication between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.
