Abstract
Dijete kao potrošač svako je ljudsko biće mlađe od 18 godina koje kupuje i/ili koristi proizvode ili usluge u svrhe koje nisu namijenjene njegovoj ili tuđoj poslovnoj ili komercijalnoj djelatnosti. Budući da se djeca smatraju ranjivom skupinom u mnogim područjima kao što su pravo, socijalna politika, obiteljski odnosi i dr., smatra se nužnim istražiti utjecaj koji na njih ima marketing usmjeren prema djeci. Ovaj rad, koji se temelji na pregledu literature, bavi se razvojem potrošačkog ponašanja kod djece, utjecajem koji oglašavanje usmjereno prema djeci ima na njih, opisuje najvažnije alate koje marketinški stručnjaci koriste prilikom oglašavanja usmjerenog prema djeci te pruža uvid u relevantne zakone i podzakonske propise Republike Hrvatske koji se odnose na djecu kao potrošače.
Abstract (english)
A child as a consumer is every human being under the age of 18 who buys and / or uses goods or services for purposes not intended for his or her business or commercial activity. Since children are considered vulnerable in many areas, such as law, social policy, family relationships, etc., we consider it necessary to investigate the impact of child-directed marketing on them. This article, based on the literature review, deals with the development of consumer behavior in children, the impact that child-directed advertising has on them, describing the most important tools that marketing experts use in child-directed advertising, and provides insights into relevant laws and by-laws of the Republic Croatia related to children as consumers.
