The topic from the course The design and innovation management is focused on the relationship between the financial and information industry, one of two most influential industries of today. The final paper on "Innovations from the Financial World in the IT Sector" speaks of the merging of these two industries in the business environment, their correlations, touch points, etc. Work begins with the introduction to globalization as the biggest trigger of global change. Further, the historical development of money and technology is monitored and the mutual relationship between them. It specifically enters into the world of information technology by defining the concept of invoicing, defining the concept of the Internet of things, the security in modern forms of information technology, and describing the leasing model as a modern view of the user towards purchasing vs. lease. The paper encompasses a research on the topic of the relationship between the above-mentioned industries, financial and informatics. The leasing of IT equipment and solutions is referred to as the product of the interaction of all of the above and is more fully described in its description and definitions. Advantages are highlighted in relation to the classic ways of purchasing and using IT equipment on private sector companies in the Republic of Croatia. The conclusion is to come up with a model that modern businesses are turning to as the best for growth and development in today's environment.
