Abstract
Etika kao znanost o moralu istražuje smisao i ciljeve moralnih normi i proučava ljudsko ponašanje koje je prihvaćeno pod određenim moralnim aspektom. U suvremenom društvu poslovanje se obavlja uglavnom za novac, mnogi veliki dio svog djelovanja razmjenjuju za ugled, moć i slično. Poslovnu etiku dakle potrebno je shvatiti i šire od pojma dobiti, a ona je u današnje vrijeme vrlo značajna i na društvenim mrežama. Zakoni su dobra podloga poslovnom ponašanju no nisu dovoljni i za rješavanje kompleksnih etičkih konflikata, no za sada još ne rješavaju probleme neetičnosti na internetu i društvenim mrežama. Kroz ovaj završni rad detaljnije će se stoga obraditi tema etike na društvenim mrežama sa svim svojim značajkama i problematikom neetičnog ponašanja.
Abstract (english)
Ethics as a science of morality explores the meaning and objectives of moral norms and studies human behavior that is accepted under certain moral aspect. In modern society, the business is carried out mainly for the money, and many people large part of its activities exchange for prestige or power. Business ethics therefore it is necessary to be understood as the wider notion of profit, and it is nowadays very significant on social networks. The laws are a good base for solving complex ethical conflicts, but for now still do not solve problems ethics on the Internet and social networks. This paper will therefore process the issue of ethics in social networks with all its features and problems of unethical behavior.
