Abstract
U ovom radu cjelovito je obrađen pojam integrirane marketinške komunikacije sa svojim promocijskim elementima: oglašavanje, izravna marketinška komunikacija, unaprjeđenje prodaje, osobna prodaja, odnosi s javnošću, publicitet i vanjsko oglašavanje. Pobliže su se definirali osnovni pojmovi i teorijska pozadina komunikacije, integrirane marketinške komunikacije, kao i empirijski prezentirala i istražila primjena integrirane marketinške komunikacije za mobilnu aplikaciju ZgPark. Uloga integrirane marketinške komunikacije s razvojem informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije sve više dobiva na važnosti i predstavlja jedan od glavnih alata za probitak, diferenciranje i proširenje poslovanja. Svako poduzeće u cilju jačanja odnosa s potrošačima ili korisnicima usluga treba svakodnevno brinuti o integriranju marketinške komunikacije i konstantnom napretku svih njezinih elemenata, a povratne informacije okoline iskoristiti za analizu vlastitih prednosti, nedostataka, prilika i prijetnji.
Abstract (english)
This paper comprehensively presents the concept of integrated marketing communication with its promotional elements: advertising, direct marketing communication, sales promotion, personal sales, public relations, publicity and outdoor advertising. The basic concepts and theoretical background of communication, integrated marketing communications were defined in more detail, and the application of integrated marketing communication for the ZgPark mobile application was empirically presented and researched. The role of integrated marketing communication with the development of information and communication technology is gaining more importance and is one of the main tools for profit, differentiation and business expansion. In order to strengthen relationships with consumers or service users, every company should take care of the integration of marketing communication and the constant progress of all its elements on a daily basis, and use environmental feedback to analyze its own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
