Abstract
Vremensko razdoblje u kojem živimo jest ono turbulentnih promjena. Kako u organizacijama, tako i u društvu općenito, značaj primjerenog vođe koji će svojim postupcima sljedbenike usmjeriti na pravi put nikada nije bio važniji. Želja za definiranjem pojma „karizmatični vođa“ zanima mnoge znanstvenike od početka 20-og stoljeća. Pitanja kao što su: „Rađaju li se karizmatici ili stvaraju“ ni dan danas nije dobilo odgovor koji se može tumačiti kao ispravan ili neispravan. Ono što je jasno jest da karizmatični vođe imaju sposobnost uvjeravanja ljudi da se ponašaju sukladno s vizijom koja predstavlja budućnost sljedbenika i samog vođe.
Abstract (english)
This time period in which we live is one of turbulent changes. Both in organizations and in society in general, the importance of a suitable leader who will direct his followers to the right path with his actions has never been more important. The desire to define the term "charismatic leader" interested many scientists since the beginning of the 20th century. Questions such as: "Are charismatics born or are they made" have not yet concluded an answer that can be interpreted as correct or incorrect. What is clear is that charismatic leaders have the ability to persuade people to behave in accordance with the vision that represents the future of the followers and the leader himself.
