Abstract
Financijsko tržište dio je financijskog sustava. Financijski sustav podrazumijeva niz instrumenata i financijskih institucija koji posreduju između svih sudionika sa financijskim viškom i financijskim manjkom. Financijsko tržište predstavlja organizirana između sebe povezana tržišta na području jedne države. Od kraja devedesetih do danas došlo je u Republici Hrvatskoj do ogromnog razvoja financijskih tržišta i institucija a to je rezultiralo velikim interesom investitora za ulaganja unutar zemlje i u inozemstvu. Financijska tržišta postala su glavni izvor financiranja rasta i razvoja svih ekonomskih sektora. Glavni razlog je što financiranje putem tržišta kapitala ne podrazumijeva nove fiksne troškove pa na ovaj način kompanije mogu imati pristup svježem kapitalu i poboljšati svoju stabilnost i kreditni rejting. U ovom radu osvrnuti ćemo se na podjele i strukturu financijskog tržišta sa posebnim osvrtom na financijsko tržište u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
The financial market is a part of the financial system. The financial system incudes a number of instuments and finacial institutions that mediate between all participants with financial surplus and finacnial deficit. The finacial market is an organized interconnected market in a single country. From the end of the 1990s until today, there has been a huge development of financial markets and institutions in the Republic of Croatia, whitch has resulted in great interest of inventors for investments within the country and abroad. Financial markets have become the main source of financing the growth and development of all economic sectors. The main reason is that capital market financing does not involve new fixed costs, so companies can have acces to fresh capital and improve their stabillty and credit raiting. In this paper, we will look at the divisions and structure of the financial market with special reference to the finacnial market in the Republic of Croatia.
