Abstract
U radu će se obraditi zakonski propisi javne nabave u Republici Hrvatskoj, s osvrtom na cjelokupni proces nabave od početka postupka do sklapanja ugovora. Primjena navedenih zakonskih propisa prikazat će se na realnim primjerima provedbe postupaka jednostavne i javne nabave Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave.
Abstract (english)
The paper will deal with the legal regulations of the public procurement in the Republic of Croatia, with reference to the entire procurement process, from the beginning of the procedure to the conclusion of the contract. The application of the mentioned legal regulations will be presented on real examples of the procedures of the Ministary of Justice and Administration.
