In a business environment, it is important to maintain a high level of professionalism and good manners. Behavior at work is not a private matter but the interest of entire organizations. This final paper is focused on business etiquette and protocol of a company in the Republic of Croatia. The field of business etiquette is very important and useful to know. Business etiquette has weakened to general civic etiquette, but it contains essential facts for business and in line with the needs of the business being upgraded. We consider a code of appropriate business conduct to be business ethical. It is a business ID and the first impression one gets about a business person. Every employee should act professionally, which means that they should deal with the subject of their work. Also, the action may not have the characteristics of privacy, it should be a business-correct and useful member of its work environment. Furthermore, in all this, one should behave culturally and in accordance with the business etiquette of one's country, which determines a positive attitude towards people and contributes to the work and the environment in which one works.
