The theme „The art of negotiation“ for the final work I processed by the fact that the very notion of negotiation quite detailed and concrete and has an impact on the daily life of man. Negotiation and it’s affirmation of the important paragraph of all people in the business world. Negotiation is easy to define, because in most parts of the world negotiation indicates communication between the two sides, which occurs when someone else controls what we need. As extensive negotiations, it is easily the defining because in all cultures shows that of negotiation should emerge as the winner. Negotiating the best ends in a win-win situation, and these are integrative negotiations, and lose-lose situation was assessed as the worst ending and also called destructive negotiations. Through negotiation and what's coming to an end comes to the question of whether both sides are satisfied with the way that they appear in public, or there is a disagreement between people working in the same organization. It is evident that the negotiation widely represented people are dealing with it every day in all aspects of their life.
