Abstract
Poslovni plan je sastavni dio poduzetništva te se on izrađuje kako bi se poduzetnik mogao dobro pripremiti za poslovanje novog poduzeća. Ono pomaže uvidjeti dali je isplativo ulagati u nove poslovne ideje na trenutnom tržištu. Iako ideja može biti dobra,to ne znači da će uspjeti u praksi.Ovaj poslovni plan je koncipiran u tri dijela, a to su uvod,razrada te zaključak.Uvod nas vodi kroz glavne teme poduzetništva i njegove osnove. U razradi se prolazi kroz kozmetičku industriju u svijetu te kako se ona razlikuje te se ulazi u detalje poslovnog plana. Rad se završava zaključkom i pregledom isplativosti ovog projekta. Glavni cilj ovog rada bilo je prikazati kako vlasnik poduzeća,odnosno poduzetnik kroz temeljnu razradu može stvoriti konkretne temelje za izradu svoje poslovne ideje. Ideja ovog poslovnog plana se stvorila iz ljubavi prema kozmetici i te iz želje da se našem tržištu pruži nešto drugačije,ne svakidašnje i luksuzno.
Abstract (english)
A business plan is the main part of entrepreneurship. It can help with deciding if the new project is worth investing in, especially on the beauty market today. Even if the idea is good it does not mean it will succeed. This business plan is conceived of three parts, from the introduction, the development of a business plan and a conclusion. In the introduction, you can read about the main topics of entrepreneurship, while development part talks more into details about the global beauty market and is more dedicated to the details of this business plan. These works end with a conclusion and with the results if it is worthy to invest in this business plan. The main part of this business plan was to show how the entrepreneur can make a strong foundation for his business idea. The idea came from the love of cosmetics and the desire and passion to offer something new , different and luxurious to the Croatian public.
