Abstract
Cilj ovog rada jest prikazati važnost motivacije djelatnika, teorijske metode i tehnike motiviranja te praktične primjere kako menadžeri i uprave unutar različitih sektora poduzeća motiviraju svoje zaposlenike. Primjeri iz prakse pokazuju da je svaki motivator dobar motivator ukoliko je uspješan u odnosima s ljudima. Svakom uspješnom poslovanju pridonosi i interno korporativno komuniciranje odnosno odnos između članova organizacije te njezino usmjerenje postizanju ciljeva organizacije. Važno je konstanto razgovarati sa zaposlenicima, poticati ih na uspješno ostvarivanje ciljeva te ih nagrađivati i pokazati im da su važni za oduzeće i da ih se cijeni. Iz svega toga proizlazi poboljšanje proizvodne efikasnosti i kreativnosti, poboljšanje kvalitetnog radnog života u organizacijama i jačanje konkurentske sposobnosti i uspješnosti tvrtke.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to show the importance of employee motivation, theoretical methods and techniques of motivation and practical examples of how managers and administrations within different sectors of the company motivate their employees. Examples from practice show that every motivator is a good motivator if he is successful in relationships with people. Internal corporate communication, ie the relationship between the members of the organization and its orientation towards achieving the goals of the organization, also contributes to every successful business. It is important to constantly talk to employees, encourage them to successfully achieve their goals, and reward them and show them that they are important to take away and that they are valued. All of this results in improving production efficiency and creativity, improving the quality of working life in organizations and strengthening the competitiveness and success of the company
