Abstract
U završnom radu „Organizacija i komunikacija stručne kongresne djelatnosti na primjeru Aesthetic Dental Moment kongresa definiraju se osnovni pojmovi upravljanja događajima, objašnjava se osnovna podjela događanja te se definiraju oglašavanje, publicitete i imidž u kontekstu kongresa. Autor se u radu osvrće na upravljanje događaja kongresne djelatnosti, trendova u 2020. godini, utjecaju pandemije koronavirusa na organizaciju i provođenje kongresnih aktivnosti. Prikazuje se dosadašnje stanje kongresnog turizma u Hrvatskoj s naglaskom na Zadarsku županiju i grad Zadar. Rad na kraju prikazuje organizaciju stručnog kongresa u Zadru 2017. godine objašnjava tijek organizacije.
Abstract (english)
Final work "Organization and communication of professional congress activities on the example of Aesthetic Dental Moment Congress defines the basic concepts of event management, explains the basic division of events and defines advertising, publicity and image in the context of the congress. The author discusses the management of congress activities, trends in 2020, the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the organization and implementation of congress activities. Also, final work presenting the current state of congress tourism in Croatia, with an emphasis on the Zadar County and the city of Zadar. Final part of the work shows the organization of the professional congress in Zadar in 2017 and explains the course of the organization.
