Abstract Temeljne vizije i ciljevi svakog ozbiljnog poduzeća su postizanje dugoročnih poslovnih rezultata, doprinos društvu svojim poslovanjem i prepoznatljivost na tržištu. Ovisno o vrsti, svako poduzeće ukoliko je svjesno doprinosa logistike u poslovanju istom i upravlja, bez obzira da li je riječ o logističkim uslugama ili logističkim troškovima. Kako bi poslovna logistika bila maksimalno učinkovita, očekuje se da je obuhvaćena u svim područjima poslovanja poduzeća, što vodi do optimalizacija troškova, postavljanje jasnih ciljeva, mogućnosti kontrola postavljenih ciljeva, sposobnost provođenja i cjelovito rješenje svih logističkih procesa poduzeća.
Postoje razne definicije logistike. Proučava se kao znanost i aktivnost, u kojima se logistika dijeli prema životnom ciklusu proizvoda ili usluge, prema vrsti usluge i prema tokovima, odnosno protocima dobara. Najopćenitije možemo logistiku okarakterizirati kao sustav prostorno – vremenske transformacije dobara popraćeno raznim aktivnostima koje imaju cilj zadovoljiti zahtjeve tržišta uz minimalne troškove i trošenje kapitala. Kako bi zahtjevi tržišta bili ispoštovani, a poduzeća radila uz racionalnu potrošnju kapitala odgovarajući na zahtjeve tržišta potreban je kvalitetan distribucijski sustav koji će odgovoriti na sve zahtjeve koji se nalaze na putu prema ostvarenju poslovnog cilja i same vizije. Svrha distribucije je omogućiti kupcu dostupnost usluge ili proizvoda u odgovarajućem asortimanu i potrebnoj količini, na odgovarajućem mjestu i vremenu. Ukoliko poduzeće odluči svoje proizvode plasirati kroz više različitih kanala prodaje, tada se usmjerava na više kanalnu distribuciju koja zahtjeva dodatne napore i besprijekornu organizaciju.
U završnom radu opisana je uloga distribucijskih sustava i online prodaje u poslovnoj logistici poduzeća. Kvalitetnom organizacijom i oblikovanjem kanala distribucije poduzeće može ostvariti konkurentnost i prepoznatljivost na tržištu, veću vrijednost i potražnju kod kupaca. Kanali distribucije zahtijevaju prilagodbe tržištima, navikama potrošača i svim ostalim okolnostima koje imaju utjecaj na poslovanje. Sve razvijeniji kanal distribucije je online prodaja, kojoj je sama pandemija Covid 19 itekako pridonijela brzi rast.
Abstract (english) The basic visions and goals of each serious enterprise are to achieve long-term business results, contribute to society through its business and recognizability in the market. Depending on the type, each company if it is aware of the contribution of logistics in the business manages it, regardless of whether it is logistics services or logistical costs. In order for business logistics to be as efficient as possible, it is expected to be covered in all areas of the enterprise's business, which leads to optimization of costs, setting clear goals, the possibility of controlling the set goals, the ability to implement and a complete solution of all logistics processes of the enterprise.
There are various definitions of logistics. It is studied as a science and activity, in which logistics are divided according to the life cycle of a product or service, by type of service and by the flows, that is, flows of goods. The most general can be characterized by logistics as a system of spatial - temporal transformation of goods accompanied by various activities that aim to meet the requirements of the market with minimal costs and spending of capital. In order for the requirements of the market to be met, and companies to work with rational capital consumption in response to market demands, a quality distribution system is needed to respond to all the requirements that are on the way to achieving the business goal and the vision itself. The purpose of the distribution is to allow the customer to have the availability of a service or product in the appropriate assortment and the required quantity, in the appropriate place and time. If the company decides to market its products through several different sales channels, then it focuses on a multi-channel distribution that requires additional efforts and impeccable organization.
The final paper describes the role of distribution systems and online sales in the business logistics of the enterprise. With quality organization and design of distribution channels, the company can achieve competitiveness and recognition on the market, greater value and demand in customers. Distribution channels require adjustments to markets, consumer habits and any other circumstances that have an impact on the business. The increasingly developed distribution channel is online sales, to which the Covid 19 pandemic itself has greatly contributed to rapid growth.
