Abstract
Upravljanje krizom je proces koji organizacija poduzima kad dođe do lošeg događaja koji prijeti organizaciji i njenom postojanju. U ovom radu ću na primjeru slučaja Balenciaga objasniti: Osnove kriznog komuniciranja, izradu plana za krizno komuniciranje te ključne poruke i zaključak na šokantnu modnu kampanju.
Abstract (english)
Crisis management is a process that an organization takes when a bad event occurs that threatens the organization and its existence. In this paper I will use the Balenciaga case as an example to explain: basics of crisis communication, a plan for crisis communication and key messages and conclusion to the shocking fashion campaign
