Abstract
Kako bi poduzeće ostvarilo dugoročan poslovni rast i uspjeh, nisu dovoljna isključivo stručna znanja zaposlenika, već i druge vještine. Navedene vještine odnose se na vještine poslovno bontona odnosno poslove kulture. Kultura predstavlja obrasce prema kojima se ljudi trebaju ponašati. Ona određuje način kako izgleda primjereno komunikacijsko ponašanje u različitim društvenim i fizičkim kontekstima te kako se postavljaju određena pravila koja nalažu što je i što nije ispravno ophođenje u pojedinim komunikacijskim situacijama. Globalizacija je omogućila lakše povezivanje s različitim kulturama diljem svijeta. Međutim, svaka zemlja ima različitu kulturu te ukoliko želimo s bilo kojom od njih ostvariti suradnju ili uspostaviti kontakt potrebno je poznavati njezine vrijednosti, stavove, vjerovanja i ponašanja. Ukoliko to ne znamo može doći do neugodnosti ili čak vrijeđanja pripadnika druge kulture. Svrha ovog rada je istražiti pravila određena poslovnim bontonom poput načina pozdravljanja, darivanja, i slično te na izabranom primjeru ukazati na različitosti koje čine svaku kulturu posebnom. Dodatno, globalizacijom i razvojem diplomatskih odnosa među zemljama javila se potreba za definiranjem pravila ponašanja u slučajevima posjeta diplomata, odražavanja domjenaka i slično. Zbog toga su razvijeni protokoli. Protokol se ponekad naziva i tihi jezik diplomacije jer se njime bez riječi, a na bezbroj načina šalje poruka , dobra ili loša. Suvremeni život također je nezamisliv bez održavanja različitih evenata. Kod organizacije evenata jako je važno pridržavati se pravila planiranja, organiziranja, vođenja kontrole eventa
Abstract (english)
If company want to achieve long-term business growth and success, not only the professional knowledge of employees is sufficient, but also other skills. These skills refer to the skills of business etiquette and cultural affairs. Culture represents the patterns by which people should behave. It determines how appropriate communication behavior looks in different social and physical contexts and how certain rules are set that dictate what is and what is not correct behavior in certain communication situations. Globalization has made it easier to connect with different cultures around the world. However, each country has a different culture and if we want to cooperate or establish contact with any of them, we need to know its values, attitudes, beliefs and behaviors. If we do not know this, there can be embarrassment or even insults to members of another culture. The purpose of this paper is to explore the rules set by business etiquette such as the way of greeting, giving, etc. and to point out the differences that make each culture special. In addition, with the globalization and development of diplomatic relations between countries, there is a need to define rules of conduct in cases of visits by diplomats, coverage of receptions and the like. Therefore, protocols have been developed. Protocol is sometimes called the silent language of diplomacy because it sends a message, good or bad, without words, and in countless ways. Modern life is also unthinkable without holding various events. When organizing events, it is very important to adhere to the rules of planning, organizing, conducting event control.
