Abstract
Segmentacija korisnika usluga rehabilitacijskog centra ima cilj identificiranja i grupiranja korisnika centra u različite skupine karakteristika, kako bi se lakše shvatilo njihovo ponašanje, njihove potrebe i preferencije. Segmentacija ima veliki značaj u korištenju metoda kako bi se grupirali korisnici i kako bi se olakšalo rehabilitacijskom centru „Naftalan“ da bolje prilagodi svoje usluge koje bi odgovarale različitim potrebama i željama svojih korisnika. Stoga, ova segmentacija omogućuje centru „Naftalan“ da se osoblje fokusira na svaku skupinu korisnika posebno, što će dovesti do poboljšanog iskustva korisnika i boljeg poslovnog rezultata za centar.
Abstract (english)
The segmentation of users of rehabilitation center services aims to identify and group users of the center into different groups of characteristics, in order to more easily unterstand their behavior, their needs and preferences. Segmentation is of great importance in the use of methods to group users and to facilitate the rehabilitation center „Naftalan“ to better adapt its services to suit the different needs and wishes of its users. Therefore, this segmentation allows the „Naftalan“ center to focus its staff on each group of users separately, which will lead to an improved users experience and better business results for the center.
