Business networking (eng. networking) as a kind of part of the spectrum of entrepreneuri-al knowledge and skills is of great importance for the success of the entrepreneur and his com-pany, for the reason that networking is characterized as a tool of the entrepreneur with which he creates, increases and strengthens his business-interest network acquaintances, clients and partners. Namely, the business network consists of interconnected people who have business interests from each other, for example connecting companies and their operations, strengthen-ing the market or simply just business relationships that are in mutual interest such as clients and partners. Every company, or company, bases its operations on business processes in order to be as successful as possible on the market and thus achieve successful business results. These processes include various partnerships and collaborations, a wide network of sup-pliers, clusters, and business associations and organizations. In addition to networking skills, entrepreneurs should possess communication and negotiation skills in order to have the best predispositions for achieving success in the market. In this paper, the term networking will also be used for the term networking. The purpose of the work is to explore more deeply the ways in which networking affects the achievement of business results, and through a practical example of the analysis of Business club 5 case studies, an attempt will be made to provide a deeper in-sight into the process of entering the business community, the advantages and benefits that members receive.
