Abstract
Diplomski rad pod nazivom Položaj javne nabave nakon pristupanja Europskoj uniji ima za cilj opisati sadržajnost europskog prava javne nabave prikazom razvoja sekundarnog zakonodavstva Europske unije. Predmetnim radom opisane su i promjene zakonodavnog procesa javne nabave u RH, te rukovodeći se ciljem pružanja osnovnih podataka dan je pregled statističkih pokazatelja položaja javne nabave u RH. S obzirom na recentne direktive u zakonodavstvu Europske unije, ovim radom se izdvojilo i ukazalo na najznačajnije novine koje su, u skladu sa navedenim direktivama, donesene u sklopu novog Zakona o javnoj nabavi, čime će se kroz postupovne naredne godine definirati stvarni učinak pojednostavljenja procesa javne nabave.
Abstract (english)
This thesis under the name of Position of public procurement in the Republic of Croatia following the accession to the European Union aims to describe substantiality of European law of public procurement by disposing the development of secondary European Union legislation. The thesis also describes changes within the legislative process of public procurement in the Republic of Croatia and by instructing the disposure of fundamental data it gives the overview of statistical data as well as the indicators of current position of public procurement in the Republic of Croatia. Moreover, regarding recent directives within the legislation of European Union, with this thesis it is attempted to indicate the most significant novelties which are, according to the mentioned and described directives, enacted within the scope of Croatia´s new Public Procurement Law, and whereby it is expected that during the upcoming years it shall define an actual performance of simplification of the public procurement process.
