Abstract
Komunikacija je svuda oko nas. Svakim svojim pokretom, izgovorenom riječju, čak i pojavom mi komuniciramo s okolinom. Komunikacija je vrlo bitan segment privatnog, društvenog i profesionalnog života pojedinaca i grupe. Komunikacija se dijeli na verbalnu, koja može biti usmena i pismena, te na neverbalnu komunikaciju. Ovim radom pojasnit ćemo neverbalnu komunikaciju s najvećim naglaskom na gestiku. Prikazat ćemo koliko osobni prostor, dodir, zone pogleda, te kulturne razlike koje obuhvaćaju načine pozdravljanja i geste rukama utječu na uspješnu komunikaciju. Dotaknut ćemo se osnova poslovne i političke komunikacije u svrhu boljeg razumijevanja poslovnog svijeta. Na primjeru aktualnog američkog predsjednika Donalda Trumpa analizirat ćemo ulogu gestike u neverbalnoj komunikaciji.
Abstract (english)
Communication is everywhere around us. We communicate with the environment with every single gesture or spoken word. Even by appearing we communicate with our environment. Communication is very important segment of private, social and professional life of individuals and groups. Generally, it is divided into verbal, which can be oral and written, and nonverbal communication. With my thesis we will try to clarify nonverbal communication, with specialemphasis ongesture. We will show to what extent our personal space, touch, viewing zones, and cultural differences that include the ways of greeting and gesturing hands affect successful communication. We will pinpoint the basics of business and political communication for a better understanding of the business world. On the example of current US President Donald Trump, we will analyze the role of the gesture in nonverbal communication.
