Globalizacija u poslovanju donosi brojne mogućnosti na tržištu, ali donosi i veliku konkurenciju. Način na koji se tvrtka može istaknuti u globalnom tržišnom okruženju jeste njen osnovni stav, korporativni identitet. Globalization in business brings numerous opportunities in the market, however, it also brings large competition. A company can distinguish itself in a global market environment is its basic attitude and corporate identity. Corporate identity shows the importance to ourselves, management and employees, but also the importance to external environments.
