Abstract
Tema ovoga rada bit će marketinška komunikacija na društvenim mrežama, načini na koje se može integrirati unutar društvenih mreža kako bi nam bio omogućen poslovni uspjeh. Razvojem društvenih mreža razvija se i novi način poslovanja na društvenim mrežama, a samim time mijenja se pristup potrošačima. U teorijskom dijelu rada će biti objašnjene taktike i strategije kako doći do željenih potrošača i kako ih zadržati te izgraditi kvalitetan i dugoročan odnos s njima. U drugom dijelu rada bit će donesen osvrt na analizu različitih načina komunikacije na različitim društvenim mrežama, kako ih korisnici doživljaju i na koji način se uspostavlja komunikacija s potrošačima.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this work will be marketing communication on social networks, ways that could be used to implement it inside of social networks so it would allow us easier bussines success.With growth of social networks new way of bussiness is being born and with all that approach to costumers also has changed. In theoretical part of work we will explain new tactics and strategies how we can reach to new costumers and also how to build good quality relation with them. In practical part of work we're going to look on analysis of different ways of communications on different ocial networks and the way users are interpretating with them.
