Abstract
Rad započinjemo psihologijom potrošača, njihovim ponašanjem, odnosom proizvoda i potrošača te grupama i segmentacijom potrošača. Baziramo se na psihologiji prodaje i reklame, načinu na koji ona počiva na razumijevanju potrošača,njezinim utjecajem na stavove, vrijednosti, emocije, vjerovanja te na kraju i ponašanja. Proučavamo marketing i brendiranje u svrhu prihvaćanja novog proizvoda, utjecaj marke na kriterij odlučivanja o kupnji te njezinu ulogu u novom načinu komunikacije među ljudima. Analiziramo psihologiju boja kao čest alat u marketingu te njihov utjecaj na potrošače.
Abstract (english)
We are starting this thesis with consumer psychology, their behavior, product and consumer relationships, and groups and consumer segmentation. We are based on the psychology of sales and advertising, the way it rests on consumer understanding, its influence on attitudes, values, emotions, beliefs, and ultimately behaviors. We are studying marketing and branding for the purpose of adopting a new product, brand influence on purchasing decision criteria and its role in the new way of communication between people. We analyze color psychology as a common tool in marketing and their impact on consumers.
