Abstract
U ovome radu istražuje se važnost krizne komunikacije s teorijskog stajališta koja će se analizirati na slučajevima dvije krizne situacije. Studija slučaja će se napraviti za krizne situaciju iz ožujka 2004. godine kada je u proizvodu Mini Poli kobasica proizvođača Perutnine Ptuj pronađena nedopuštena količina GMO sastojaka i slučaja iz veljače 2007. godine kada je nepropisno ispuštanje ugljičnog dioksida iz proizvodnog pogona Karlovačke pivovare imalo za posljedicu smrt umirovljenika Zdravka Martinovića i njegovog psa. Napravit će se analiza sadržaja komunikacije u kriznim situacijama te korištenjem komparativne metode usporediti dobiveni podatci s teoretski napisanim naputcima i spoznajama a sve u skladu s pravilima struke i spoznajama do kojih se dođe u teorijsko opisanom dijelu rada.
Abstract (english)
This paper explores the importance of crisis communication from the theoretical point of view, which will be analyzed in cases of two crisis situations. A case study will be carried out for the crisis situation in March 2004 when the Mini Poli sausage of the Perutnine Ptuj producer found an unacceptable amount of GMO ingredients and cases in February 2007 when the improper carbon dioxide emission from the Karlovačka pivovara production facility had the consequence the death of pensioner Zdravko Martinovic and his dog. Analyzes of communication content in crisis situations will be made, and by using a comparative method, compare the obtained data with the theoretically written instructions and knowledge, all in accordance with the rules of the profession and the knowledge that comes to the theoretical description of the work.
