Abstract
Predmet istraživanja u ovom radu je mogućnost kreditiranja osoba ispod granice siromaštva. Cilj rada bio je istražiti mogućnosti kreditiranja građana ispod granice siromaštva, polazeći od modela kreditiranja Grameen banke. Cilj je također bio odgovoriti na postavljena istraživačka pitanja. Mikrokrediti su zajmovi od maksimalno 150 dolara. Najčešće se radi o kreditiranju u zemljama trećeg svijeta čije se stanovništvo nalazi ispod granice siromaštva. Svjesnost o činjenici da siromašni ne mogu zadovoljiti uvjete za klasične kredite, nastali su mali zajmovi koje su uzimale solidarne grupe ljudi koje su jedna drugu poticale u isplaćivanju istih. Pionir suvremenog modela mikrofinanciranja je Grameen banka. Model kreditiranja započeo je revoluciju mikrokreditiranja koja je pomogla siromašnim ljudima iz pedeset osam zemalja. Kao model mikrofinanciranja sličan Grameen banci može se navesti Mikrofinancijski centar. Mikrofinanciranje već sada pruža financijske usluge milijunima siromašnih u svijetu. No, još uvijek nisu postignuti željeni ciljevi, a značajan dio siromašnih i dalje nema pristup financijama.
Abstract (english)
The subject of research in this paper is the possibility of lending money to people below the poverty line. The aim of the paper was to explore the possibilities of lending money to citizens below the poverty line, starting with the Grameen Bank lending model. The goal is to answer research questions. Microcredits are loans of up to $ 150. Mostly, it is about lending to third world countries whose population is below the poverty line. There is an awareness that the poor cannot meet the requirements for classical loans and therefor small loans for solidarity groups were created. The pioneer of the contemporary model of microfinance is Grameen Bank. The lending model started a microcredit revolution that helped poor people from fifty-eight countries. A Microfinance Center can be listed as a Microfinance Model similar to Grameen Bank. Microfinance already provides financial services to millions of poor people in the world. But, they have not yet achieved the desired goals, and significant parts are still unavailable.
