The very active information and communication technology development process brought about the reaffirming of the former understanding of the communication as a basis of the human existence and progress. The digital technology transformed the hitherto passive users into active, global ones who are given the possibility of a free communication choice as well as a two-way communication with creating free contents which may be then edited at will. The communication between people transferred to the communication of a society using thus new media which forced the classic media to adapt to the new conditions. Information in a digital form are processed, stored and transferred easily and thus the digitalization gave us an easier and quicker way of data handling. Computer mediated communication spread to the business area as well confronting us accordingly with new and different understanding and managing information and communications. The way of collecting, storing and applying the knowledge essential for solving complex tasks as well as teaching opinions and reaching decisions represent one of the segments in the artificial intelligence study. This study offers a theoretic survey of different aspects when defining the artificial intelligence as well as its application in the business area with a review concerning the economy, sociology and communication factors. Thus the author tried to show the size of the technology development and its greatness concerning the ability to change the human species as such as well as the world itself. Taken the digitalization possibilities into consideration we find its climax in the effort to find through the scientific activity and research the way to digitalize the human brain in such a way as in the same way in which the technology will move into the human bodies. Cybernetics as the science of the general laws of control and communication processes, according to Wiener, the father of cybernetics, offers the option to create an organization system on the Earth as opposed to the probability of death. Taken the given development into consideration we cannot omit the question about what type of reality is waiting for us in the future and how will this future reflect with the one known to man at the present time. The author tried to give the answer to this question in the last chapter showing us a significantly different reality as shown by the very title of the chapter “Redesign of Future”.
