Abstract
Komunikacija je neophodan element u životu svake osobe. Njome izražavamo misli, ideje, osjećaje i potrebe. U interpersonalnoj komunikaciji sa sugovornicima služimo se podjednako verbalnom i neverbalnom komunikacijom, premda je njihova važnost i utjecaj na sugovornike različita. Tema ovog rada je analiza komunikacijskog stila u javnim nastupima na primjeru predsjednika Vlade Andreja Plenkovića. U političkoj komunikaciji, Andrej Plenković služi se diplomatskim komunikacijskim stilom uz neizostavne, jasne i široke, geste i mimike. Na njegovu primjeru zorno smo prikazali značajke diplomatskog komuniciranja koji uključuje i verbalnu i neverbalnu komunikaciju te određene specifičnosti tog stila. U javnim nastupima predsjednika Vlade RH, Andreja Plenkovića, dominiraju stručnost, staloženost i odlučan stav s rijetkim primjerima pada koncentracije. Na temelju svog ophođenja prema sugovornicima i načinu prenošenja poruka, Andrej Plenković, stvorio je imidž zbog kojega ga nazivaju pravom diplomatskom figurom na hrvatskoj političkoj sceni.
Abstract (english)
Communication is indispensable matter in life of every person. Whit communication, we express our thoughts, ideas, feelings and needs. In interpersonal communication we use equally verbal and nonverbal communication but their importance and impact on the interlocutors are different. This disertation will be dealing with analysis of communication style in public speeches and as an example I will be using Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia Andrej Plenković speeches. In political communication Andrej Plenkovic is using diplomatic style with infallible, clear and wide gestures. This example showed us features of diplomatic communication which includes verbal and nonverbal communication and certain specifics of that style. The dominating things in Andrej Plenkovic speeches are expertise, poise and a resolute attitude with rare examples of decrease of concentration. Basing the facts of how he deals with his interlocutors and the way that he is communicating messages with his public he made an image that people describe as the real diplomatical figure on Croatian political scene.
