Abstract
Kao jedan od temeljnih svjetskih fenomena već godinama svakako je turizam. Isti je prisutan u gotovo svim dijelovima svijeta, a u svojoj djelatnosti neizbježno je usko povezan sa poduzetništvom. Poglavitu svrhu unutar turističke aktivnosti nosi malo i srednje poduzetništvo. Proces planiranja razvoja određene turističke destinacije, u konkretnom slučaju Cannes, tako podrazumijeva razmatranje uloge poduzetništva u turizmu s obzirom da je upravo poduzetništvo ključan segment u stvaranju turističkog brenda destinacije. Temeljni cilj rada je istražiti ulogu poduzetništva unutar turističke djelatnosti s obzirom da je turizam vrlo specifična uslužna djelatnost. Ovdje se naglašava potreba za koordinacijom raznih poslovnih subjekata u segmentu ostvarivanja kvalitetnog poduzetništva unutar turizma.
Abstract (english)
Tourism is one of the fundamental world phenomena for years. It is present in almost every part of the world, and in its business is inevitably closely related to entrepreneurship. Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship is a major purpose within tourist activity. The process of planning the development of a particular tourist destination, in this case Cannes, thus implies consideration of the role of entrepreneurship in tourism, given that entrepreneurship is a key segment in creating a tourist destination. The basic aim of the paper is to investigate the role of entrepreneurship within tourism, since tourism is a very specific service activity. Here is emphasized the need for coordination of various business entities in the segment of realization of quality entrepreneurship within tourism.
