Abstract
Iza svake uspješne tvrtke stoje određene strategije uspjeha kako bi se pobijedila konkurencija i ostvario profit. Poznatu radionu prerade metala i stakla „MAŠ formu“ strategija fokusiranja dovela je do glasa vrlo otmjenih staklenih i metalnih predmeta. Kupci su prepoznali vrijednost ručnog rada i zadovoljili svoje zahtjevne potrebe za ukrašavanjem svoga doma i njih samih. U ovom radu prikazano je na koji način strategija fokusiranje pogotovala poboljšanju poslovanju MAŠ forme. Uspješnost primjene navedene poslovne strategije dokazana je kvatitativnim istraživanjem u kojemu je glavna metoda istraživanja bila anketa od pet pitanja. Nadalje, iz istraživanja tržišta o preferencija i potražnji za nakitom i ukrasima „MAŠ forme“ došlo se do zaključka kako i inozemni kupci voljeli kupovati u svojoj državi ove predmete.
Abstract (english)
Behind every successful company stands a determinate success of strategy that allows the triumph in beating the competition and occupy the markets highest position. Famous workshop of metal processing and glass „MAŠ forma“ strategy of focusing led to a vote very elegant glass and metal objects. Customers have recognized the value of manual work and meet their demanding needs for decorating their home and themselves. In this paper is explained how the focused differentiation strategy improved business resluts of „MAŠ forma“ workshop. Success of that strategy is proven with quantitative research where the main method was five question survery. From market research on preferences and demand for jewelery and ornaments „MAŠ forma“ came to the conclusion that the foreign buyers would like to buy in your country these items.
