Abstract
Predmet ovog završnog rada je procjena izvodljivosti gradnje hotela sa četiri zvjezdice u Splitu, gradu koji zadnjih godina bilježi značajan porast broja dolazaka i noćenja turista. Za potrebe ovog rada podaci koji će se iznijeti su ilustratorne naravi, te predstavljaju hipotetsku analizu naslovne studije. Planirano je da turistička ponuda predstavlja hotel s četiri zvjezdice, smještajnog kapaciteta 30 soba, restoran, bar, wellnes&spa sadržaj, garažu i parkirna mjesta.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final work is to assess the feasibility of construction of four star hotels in Split, a city that in recent years has recorded a significant increase in the number of arrivals and overnight stays. For the purpose of this paper, all project informations are ilustratorne nature and represent a hypothetical analysis of the title study. It is planned that the tourist offer represents a four-star hotel, the accommodation capacity of 30 rooms, restaurant, bar, wellness & spa facilities, a garage and parking spaces.
