Abstract
Kada pogledamo u prošlost i usporedimo ju sa sadašnjosti uočavamo da nas oduvijek okružuju neki oblici organizacije. Proučavanjem organizacije razvila se i znanost koja se njome bavi, kako njenim stvaranjem tako i njenim upravljanjem. Ovaj rad teorijski nas upoznaje sa organizacijom, organizacijskiom strukturom, nezaobilaznim upravljanjem i vođenjem. Za uspješno vođenje organizaciji je potreban menadžment i vodstvo. Radi toga u jednom dijelu rada prikazuju se stilovi vodstva, odnos između menadžmenta i vodstva kao i načini djelovanja menadžera i vođe unutar neke organizacije. Na kraj ovaj rad ima za cilj povezati vodstvo i kako ono utječe na poslovnu izvrsnost. U suvremenom svijetu svakoj organizaciji je izazov pratiti tehnološke napretke i prilagoditi svoje upravljanje tim napretcima. Da bi razumjeli taj put u radu se teorijski predstavljaju i ukratko analiziraju modeli poslovne izvrsnosti koji se povezuju se sa suvremenim kompanijama.
Abstract (english)
When we look into the past and compare it with the present, we notice that we have always been surrounded by some forms of organization. By studying the organization, the science that deals with it, both its creation and its management, has developed. This work theoretically introduces us to the organization, organizational structure, inevitable management and leadership. For successful management, an organization needs management and leadership. For this reason, one part of the paper presents leadership styles, the relationship between management and leadership, as well as the ways managers and leaders act within an organization. Finally, this paper aims to connect leadership and how it affects business excellence. In the modern world, it is a challenge for every organization to follow technological advances and adapt its management to these advances. In order to understand that path, the paper presents theoretically and briefly analyzes models of business excellence that are associated with contemporary companies.
